Sewing the car cosy :-)

A BIG thank you to all the Woolly Wanderers for the fantastic turnout! We knew we could rely on you! The car cosy is very nearly completed and there are lots of 'scarves' taking shape. The Woolly Wander is going to be amazing :-) Don't worry if you want to carry on knitting, we won't run out of things to cover :-)

Thank you Woollies for all your tremendous enthusiasm and participation! We never expected that this project would be so popular and we have enjoyed meeting so many lovely people :-) We now have enough squares to cover the car and the tree and if we have time the bus stop..........what we are in desperate need of now, is people to sew!! We would love to be able to cover as much of New Mills as possible and use every last one of your beautiful squares! Please come on down to New Mills Original this saturday if you can and do a bit of sewing or take away a few squares to stitch at home!!
